If items arrived damaged or do not play correctly, reach out through our contact email and we'll find the best action to correct the situation. 

Prices include shipping to US destinations. Items shipping from the US go by media mail with tracking number (typically 3-9 business days, but once in a while something weird happens and it takes longer). Some items ship directly from our European partner, either by registered post (for small orders) or FedEx (larger orders) –– we will forward tracking information when we receive it.

International orders: USPS rates added.
